Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the legal withdrawal period of 14 days to cancel any order placed online and to inform us by email or by post. The period starts the day after the receipt of the order.
The products must be returned to us at the buyer’s expense under the return conditions outlined below.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt to reimburse the full amount paid.
Returns
Only products with unopened packaging will be accepted for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original, UNOPENED packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund. For orders over €250, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover the transaction fees incurred for issuing the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is damaged, in its original packaging. Please check the package carefully before accepting it from the postal service. If it is damaged, refuse it. It will be returned to us, and we will proceed with an exchange or refund.
Shipping
To return a product, you should mail it to: L. Guyader, 33 rue Bouret, 75019 Paris, France. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
