Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>
\nThe buyer has the legal withdrawal period of 14 days to cancel any order placed online and to inform us by email or by post. The period starts the day after the receipt of the order.
\nThe products must be returned to us at the buyer’s expense under the return conditions outlined below.
\nThe refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt to reimburse the full amount paid.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong>
\nOnly products with unopened packaging will be accepted for return.
\nTo be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original, UNOPENED packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n

\nOnce we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
\nIf your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund. For orders over \u20ac250, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover the transaction fees incurred for issuing the refund.<\/p>\n
